The meaning of life !
Do you like to enjoy life, having fun, seeing new places and enjoy all the
good things that come with a sailing trip? Then you have come to the
right place.
We, Dag & Havard, have both left our jobs and decide that it was time
to enjoy life instead of burn out in the corporate rat race. We therefore
purchased a nice 50 ft sailboat and we plan to cruse around with this for
as long as we feel like it. From now on, our only goal in life is to have as
much fun as possible, and enjoy all the good things in life.
We hope to have you on board with us when we take of from Athens
and sail towards Thailand. On the way we will stop by some nice Islands
in the Mediterranean, sail through the Suez Canal, see the pyramids, as
well as a few other interesting things in the red sea. When we get through
the Red Sea we will head for the Maldives, where we hope to stay for a
while before we head for Sri Lanka. The next leg on our journey will be
to the unspoiled beauty of the Andaman Islands before we reach Phuket
in Thailand. That is by now means the end of our journey, but this is as
far ahead as we have managed to plan at the moment.
We expect to departure in the beginning of December and arrive in
Phuket by the end of January. If you would like to join us for the whole
trip that would be great, but if you can only come along for a month,
then that might also be possible.
